Unlike many other "HTML Editors", that mostly rely on only Auto Complete and self written code snippets, SEEdit is also ready to edit and change already written code! In SEEdit we put the effort to give the possibility to fast and easy remove old tags in selected code, insert new code wrapped around text content. For example select some text content and insert the span tag and the css class is the same click! In all html work there be soon a need for that! It could also be done using the Snippets-Span Colors Palette with just one click! (without css class)
There is no need to write an snippet to do something simple as insert an Italic tag with css class around one word, it is already built in SEEdit!

With SEEdit's Quick Insert CSS Tool, CSS development is fast and easy. Insertion of images, links, and XHTML code can be completed with just a few clicks. Using Auto Complete is just another way to insert CSS code fast and error free. Insertion of a CSS class to old code is an option from the Insertion Menu. In SEEdit Maxi 2007 r4 and later, CSS classes are also available when using Auto Complete in an XHTML document. SEEdit also support the CSS editors: StyleMaster and CSSEdit. Just choose from the file list and the CSS files will be opened in your favorite CSS Editor! (Settings in the preferences)
