[FIX] FTP Menu

External FTP Drag Palette is now always enabled. The External FTP Drag Palette give the possibility to drag files (listed by last modification date) to an external FTP client/application without FTP settings/configuration in the SEEdit Project. This palette do the magic things like update date variables and optimizing the html file.

[NEW/FIX] Welcome Window

Reworked the "Welcome Window" that shows up when first time using SEEdit and version changes. It is now possible to copy, drag and drop text contents.

[NEW] SEEdit Help Menu

Added "Export Examples to Desktop". It is now possible to export the examples to the desktop at any time.

[FIX] Customer Message

When Closing the Customer Message Window using the close widget or cmd-W now save "Mark as Read" to the preferences, if the check-box is selected.

[OPTIMIZING] Rewritten the application startup code

After some reports from new users that an error-report was generated when first time starting/launch SEEdit, we now rewritten a lot of code. This issue was affected SEEdit on OS X 10.6

[NEW/FIX] Site Window

Added better user experience and info how to Open and Create a Site/Project when starting/launch SEEdit the first time and when no site/project are selected or missing.
