Addressed some issues that affect new users.
Sometimes an auto-bugreport (IllegalCastException) was generated when closing the Site Window, this bug affected (very) fast machines using Snow Leopard 10.6.2.
The Menu Item for the Site/Project Window now display the text: "Show Site Window" and "Hide Site Window"
Sometimes an auto-bugreport was generated when Auto Collapse was enabled. Also an message about the Site Window is in front was generated.
An auto-bugreport was generated when the tested document was unsaved. SEEdit now showing a message (Please Save Document) if the document is unsaved or modified.
The Customer Messages now using XHTML. It is also possible to Save a copy of the message to the desktop.
Corrected Help Tag for the Open Button.
It is now possible to do a Site/Project Backup to the selected backup folder when Opening a new Site/Project, when SEEdit Pro is Quitting and/or Time Scheduled backups. ( And this is done in the background using the Duo processor, if available. )
Auto Backup Settings
In the Site Menu is added a menu item Auto Backup Settings, this window is also available in the SEEdit Preferences - Backup - Backup Sites Folder - Auto Backup Settings.
Exclude Files
It is possible to exclude files like images, zip and dmg files to do a backup on only documents. Backup using the Menu Item Site - Backup Site to Desktop/Backup Site to BackupFolder do a backup on all files.

Running SEEdit Pro on Disk Image sometimes generated an Auto Error Message.

Auto Check for New Versions ON/OFF in the SEEdit Preferences is now removed to avoid our users to use old versions of SEEdit.
To Show/Hide the Sidebar in the Editor Window the Menu Short-Cut is changed to: ⌥⌘S - The normal short-cut for File Save As... now works again.

Some minor fixes is done for better Snow Leopard compatibility.
SEEdit don't rewrite files that should not be updated. SEEdit now also scan the whole project/site and add html files to a list-box for selection/un selection.
Fixed an selection issue when the length of replace string was zero and the window closed.
The menu Item Use Selection for Find ( ⌘ E ) now have the correct behavior like TextEdit, Apple Mail and Safari.
Select a text then use Cmd-E and then Alt-Cmd-F for the small Find Window or Cmd-F for the other one.
Added short-cut ⌥⌘S to toggle Sidebar.
It is now possible to use the keyboard to insert commands from the Editor Toolbox, like using Full Keyboard Access. Use the Short Cut Alt-Cmd-E to toggle focus on/from the Editor Toolbox.
Quick FTP
Added FTP + Filename to the FTP Menu. When a Document is open it is now possible to do a FTP from the Document Window using the Keyboard short cut Shift-Cmd-F or the FTP Menu.

Added short cut ⌘1 to ⌘9 to the document list-box.
Toggle Site Window
Now allows to Toggle Site Window using Short Cut Cmd-0.
Open Icon
Added Contextual Menu to the Open Icon ( ctrl + mouse down ) that showing the Menu Items for Open Site and Recent Site Items.
The two PopUp buttons in the bottom/right now use a Gear PopUp Button and Help tags.
Error messages now showing using Sheet Windows.
Fixed auto generated error message when export files.
Added Allow All Save File Extensions to the SEEdit Pro Preferences --> Advanced. Default value is OFF. Allows to Save files with all extensions.
The Save Dialog is now expanded as default ( first time SEEdit is launched ), this affect only new users.
Some minor fixes.

Added Allow Save Cursor Position to the SEEdit Pro Preferences --> Editor. Default value is ON. This new feature save the cursor position, scrollbar position and selections when the window is closed.

The Menu Item External FTP Drag Palette now enable/disable correct. This issue generated an auto bug report when the menu item was used and a project not selected.

Fixed an issue when using Cmd-W when a Open/Save Dialog was open as sheet window.
SEEdit Pro 1.4.2 now using the latest Tidy library. That means some bug fixing and other improvements in the library.
The SEEdit Pro Tidy Window now using a Contextual Menu (ctrl+mouse down) to go to selected error line in the html document and also to show the Tidy cleaned file.
Note:
Always check the Tidy cleaned file before doing Apply! Sometimes Tidy change the text encodings... This works best with utf-8 files and the encodings "utf8" in the SEEdit Tidy Preferences.
Fixed an issue using Shift Selection Left/Right. This also include a modification in the Update for Includes function.
Added a External FTP Drag Palette, similar to the FTP Using Modification Date. This new palette is available from the FTP Menu.
This palette is a Global Floating Window that overrides other windows and applications. This window should be used to drag files to an external FTP application drop window for upload .
HTML/CSS files are optimized and also update variables, like the SEEdit Quick FTP or Clean Up to FTP. The original files would *not* be changed.

Improved Encrypt algorithm for the FTP Settings. This version of SEEdit and later handle this by auto but this new settings is not backwards compatible with older versions of SEEdit.
If an older version of SEEdit is used after this version have converted the settings, the settings have to be re typed.

This Windows are now windows of type Panel ( Floating Window ). That mean that this windows is always in front but not always have the focus. No Cancel or Default button depending on that this window not always have the focus. Close the the front most Panel or Window with cmd-W

Both the Site Window and the Editor Window have got improved keyboard access. We now using TAB to navigate from List-box to List-box in the Site Window. Right/left arrows or enter/return is used to expand folders in the folder list-box.
In the Document Window TAB is used to set focus on the Editor from the Sidebar list-boxes. Shif-TAB is used to navigate to the Sidebar list-boxes from the editor.
Using the TAB key now move to next List-box. Up/Down arrows move to next row in a List-box. Enter or / right/left arrow expand folder in the Folder List-box.
It is now possible to use shift-TAB to select the List-box in the Sidebar from the Text Field ( Editor ). From the Sidebar use TAB to set focus on the Editor.
Using cmd-M minimize the Document Window ( cmd-w close the window ). Added Zoom function alt-cmd-Z zoom the document window.
