In SEEdit Maxi II it is possible to create code snippets by select/paint some code in the document and then use the Menu Item Text -->Add Selection to XHTML ... or CSS Snippets. This Menu Items are also available in the Contextual Menu ( ctrl + mouse down )

Editable Snippets
The Project/Site Snippets is editable from the Insert Snippets Menu. ( The Snippets that is used when create a nw site/project is editable from the Language Menu. )

[2009.01.18 NEW] Sparkle Tool
Added a Sparkle Tool for developers of Macintosh applications, this new tool are available in the Tools Menu. A SparkleFolder is available for download with scripts and info from our home page. With this tool it is possible to create the private and public dsa keys and update the appcast file with the sign key.

[2009.01.16] BUG-FIX] Full Screen Preview
Fixed an issue using the Full Screen Preview from Menu Items. Now the Floating Windows is hide by auto again.

Open Linked Documents (css/js) is a fast way to open CSS files and Javascript files that is linked in the xhtml document.

The "Open Linked Documents" is available from the File Menu.

In SEEdit Maxi II 2008.01.15 is an issue when using the Full Screen Preview with Contextual Menu and Menu Items. This is fixed into next release.

Workaround: Use ⌘ + R to open and close the Full Screen Window.

Insertion of CSS Classes from Menu Items - It is also possible to use the Menu Items and insert the XHTML code and the CSS Class at the same time. If some source code or text is selected the Insertion would be complete with XHTML code and Class. Try to wrap around some code or text using a standalone class is generating an error message.

It is now possible to drag and drop multiple files to the File List-box. Warning before overwrite is now present in a Sheet Window. ( Note: The original files would not be deleted )

SEEdit Maxi II
SEEdit Maxi II is the second generation of SEEdit Maxi. SEEdit Maxi was announced in May 2005. SEEdit Maxi II Requires OS X 10.5 Leopard. SEEdit Maxi II is available as Shareware.

If the html pages is updated often SEEdit Maxi helps to change the Last Update line in the html code.

Date Variable
A Date Variable could be inserted from the Insertion Menu. This variable is changed to the date by auto when a Clean Up To FTP or the file is uploaded using Quick FTP. This is useful to always have a correct Last Update date in the pages.

In SEEdit Maxi II is "Add Selection To XHTML/CSS Snippets" added to the Text Menu. This is a powerful way to create snippets fast and easy.

Embedded CSS Block
SEEdit Maxi II have a powerful Editor Toolbox that handle CSS classes from the linked CSS files and also Embedded CSS Block inside the XHTML Document! Just Click an a button to Insert the XHTML code and a CSS class at the same time. ( or use the Menu Item "Insert CSS Class" ) CSS Block Example for Download

The last new feature before the Public release is that Embedded CSS Blocks inside HTML Documents now also add the created CSS classes to the Editor Tool Box and CSS Class Menus.
